Refund Policy

RETURNS POLICY FOR E-SHOP PURCHASES

In the event of the following scenarios:

  • If there is/are any defect(s) in the item received, or

  • The wrong item was delivered to you, AND

  • The item is not on sale or clearance

 

Learning Vessels will provide a FULL refund with FREE returns for all domestic orders if we receive it within 2 weeks of the date of your purchase.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and unopened, i.e. in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. We would also require a proof of purchase e.g. Email confirmation of your order.

 

Do note, the following are non-returnable/non-refundable:

  • Downloadable soft-copy products

  • Books with obvious signs of use

 

Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to our error.

Return Process

  1. Send the item back to us at PO Box 872 Singapore 914030 using Singpost or an equivalent service. If you are sending back an item costing over $50, we recommend that you use a trackable delivery/mail service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  2. Email hello@learningvessels.com to inform us about your return. In your email, provide

    1. Your order number

    2. The mail service you used to return the item, the date you sent back the item and an image of your postal receipt (*If you use a service other than Singpost, do note that we will refund only the lower of the Singpost charge or the cost you incurred)

    3. Whether you prefer a direct replacement or a refund.

  3. Once we have received and inspected your item, we will send you an email to notify you of our approval or rejection of your return.

  4. If approved :

    1. Items for refund : we will credit the purchase value and the cost incurred for returning the item (Singpost charge or lower) to your original method of payment within 7 business days.  Please note that it may take 2-10 business days after for the credit to be applied to your bank or credit card account.

    2. Items for replacement : we will credit the cost incurred for returning the item (Singpost charge or lower) to your original method of payment, and send the replacement to the address listed in your original order within 7 business days.

If you still have not received your refund or replacement after the listed period of time, please contact us at hello@learningvessels.com.

REFUND POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS

If a workshop is cancelled by Learning Vessels for whatever reasons (e.g. Minimum attendance not met or venue is suddenly no longer available), Learning Vessels will reimburse the stated workshop fee you paid by refunding the amount back into your original mode of payment. However, we will not reimburse any ticketing fees that you may have incurred e.g. If a workshop ticket was purchased through an online ticketing platform (eg. Eventbrite).

If you are unable to attend a workshop, please note that:

  • We will only provide a refund if you cancel with at least 1-week (7 days) notice. The amount you paid (less any ticketing/administrative fees incurred on any online ticketing platform used) will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 7 business days.

  • You can transfer the ticket to another attendee YOU identify.  Please inform us at hello@learningvessels.com of the change in attendance at least 3 days in advance of the workshop.
